2011 Early Bird Discount
Early Bird Discount applies for all rentals between 01 Apr 2011 and 31 Oct 2011:
- 15% Super Early Bird (SEB) on time + FREE GPS with purchase of 50% discounted convenience kits with booking date on or before 31 Oct 2010
- 10% Super Early Bird (SEB) on time + FREE GPS with purchase of 50% discounted convenience kits with booking date on or before 15 Dec 2010
- 5% Early Bird (EB) on time + FREE GPS with purchase of 50% discounted convenience kits with booking date on or before 31 Jan 2011
The Early Bird Discount will be adjusted to the level valid at the time of name, date, vehicle or location changes.

All Inclusive Winter Specials
Road Bear RV is happy to offer all inclusive Winter Specials for the following motorhome models:
- 23-25 ft Class C Motorhome
- 26-28 ft Class C Motorhome with Slide Out
- 29-31 ft Class C Motorhome with Slide Out
This offer is valid for pickup between 01 Nov 2010 and 31 Mar 2011 for all roundtrip or one-way rentals. The flat fee for all 3 motorhome models includes: mileage, preparation fee, convenience kits, one-way fee, long term discount, complementary transfer and sales taxes!
Please use the following booking codes:
- WS-20: USD 1800.00 up to 20 days incl. 1500 free miles
- WS-30: USD 2400.00 up to 30 days incl. 2000 free miles
- WS-40: USD 3000.00 up to 40 days incl. 2500 free miles
No additional days or miles can be booked. Extra miles are USD 0.45 per mile plus local tax payable at drop off.

In order to process your reservation request we do require our secure
Road Bear RV Reservation Form completely filled in. The rate codes WS-20, WS-30 or WS-40 must be included in the Additional Comments field or normal rates will be charged for the full period of the hire.

Please note:
For Burning Man 2011 the following restrictions and conditions apply:
- Road Bear will combine the Security & Cleaning deposits for Burning Man and CHARGE (credit card only) a refundable USD 1,500.00 Deposit at pick-up.
- Road Bear will NOT allow name changes on confirmed reservations and the main renter/credit card holder must be present at time of vehicle pick up. Vehicles will not be handed over to a 3rd party or in case of insufficient funds for the security deposit. The reservation will be cancelled and prepaid funds are forfeit! No exceptions please.
