Included in Rental Rate:

• 24 hour motorcycle rental
• All rental motorcycles come equipped with saddle bags for storage of personal items.
• Transfers for rentals 3 days or more and within a 7 mile radius of EagleRider.
• Helmets for driver and passenger

Not included in Rental Rate:

• All miles
• Fuel and Oil costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Sales Tax is not included in the rental/mileage rates. Sales Tax is subject to change by law.
• Special event surcharges
• 5.5% Environmental surcharge

Mileage Charges

EagleRider rental rates offer two convenient options to choose from:

• Per mile charge at USD 0.39 per mile
• Unlimited mileage with a surcharge of USD 35 per day.
  Must be pre-paid - please note upon reservation.

Trikes come with 200 free miles per day. No unlimited mileage. Additional miles are USD 0.39 plus tax collected on drop off.

Payment of Rental

A non-refundable deposit of USD 100 is required at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking. One and two day rentals require full payment at the time of reservation.

Daily rental rates and unlimited mileage (if selected) plus environmental surcharge and tax have to be paid at least 30 days in advance. If there are less than 30 days between your reservation and the commencement of your rental, the total amount is due at the time of reservation. All other charges to be paid at pickup.

Upon availability one-way trips are possible between all stations for a one-way fee (based upon distance between each office location) as specified below:

Insurance Terms and Conditions

EagleRider, Inc. maintains a minimum of USD 3 million of liability insurance coverage at all locations. All insurance, coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage for injury, personal property, or damage as the result of negligence such as illegal use or use of rental while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Clients are required to contact the EagleRider pick-up station and file a Police Report within 48 hours of any damage or accident.

Any damages to rented motorcycle without a police report is considered Renter’s fault.

EagleRider has the right to adjust insurance prices (+ or -) if insurance carrier or government mandates new prices.

Optional Insurance

SLI - Supplemental Liability Insurance - USD 12.95 per day

Insurance protects Renter against claims made by a third party for bodily injury and/or property damage sustained as a result of an accident. Renter Supplemental Liability Insurance Benefit: up to USD 1,000,000.

SLI can be pre-booked and pre-paid at USD 11.00 per day. Please note upon reservation.

PAI/PEC - Personal Accident Insurance/Personal Effects Coverage - USD 4.95 per day

Protection consists of the following:
Accidental Death Benefit for Renter (USD 100,000) and Passenger (USD 10,000). Accidental Medical Expense Benefit for Renter and immediate family traveling with Renter up to USD 1000 of 24-hour accidental medical expenses within one year.
Personal Effects Coverage for up to USD 525.

Rental Locations and Business Hours

All EagleRider locations are closed on statutory holidays.

Pickup, Return & Late Charges

• Pick-Up Time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the above mentioned rental location business hours. Clients are required to telephone the EagleRider Rental Station on the morning of the pick-up day to schedule their transfer and pick-up time. Pick-ups are not honored after 4:30pm.
  • Knoxville-Kodak, Nashville & Dallas opens at 1:00PM every Sunday. Rentals are allowed on Sundays, only after 1:00PM
  • Memphis, Fort Lauderdale, Stuart, St Augustine, Phoenix, Tecumseh, & Cement City opens at 11:00AM - 3:00PM every Sunday.
  • Lake Tahoe & Reno will be closed on Tuesday & Wednesday from 01 Nov to 30 Apr.
• Return Time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the above mentioned rental location business hours. One rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the time of pick-up. No refunds for early motorcycle returns are granted, however a rain check will be provided for a future EagleRider rental.
• Late Charge: A USD 25 per hour penalty is assessed if the motorcycle is returned late from scheduled drop off time.

Free Transfers

Complimentary transfers are provided for clients from locations that are within a 7 Mile Radius from the EagleRider Rental Station. Following terms must apply: 1.) Transfer is arranged by EagleRider; 2.) Booking is 3 days or longer. Clients are required to telephone the EagleRider Rental Station on the morning of the pick-up day to schedule their transfer and pick-up time.

Customer Orientation

Every client will receive a full orientation to the motorcycle. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the client's maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws.

Storage

EagleRider will provide storage for client luggage, airline tickets, and other valuables free of charge, however at clients' risk.

Credit Cards

EagleRider accept VISA and MasterCard.

Helmets (Included in Daily Rental Rate)

Helmets are provided with motorcycle rentals and tours. Clients are encouraged to bring their own helmets for comfort and style reasons. In addition, helmets may be purchased at many of EagleRider's rental stations.

Motorcycle Substitutions

EagleRider reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental Client. Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected and uncontrollable situations arise which may require the substitution of a motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to, delay in manufacture fleet delivery, mechanical failure, collision damage and theft. Should EagleRider not be able to provide confirmed motorcycle a similar or better model will be provided to the Client. This constitutes the maximum liability of EagleRider.

Fuel

Fuel costs are client's responsibility. Client will receive motorcycle with a Full Tank of fuel and is responsible to return the motorcycle with a full tank of fuel. If Client doesn't return the motorcycle with a Full Tank, then they will be subject to a USD 25 refueling charge. Client has the option at pick-up of rental to purchase a Pre-Paid Fuel Option for USD 15 and can return the motorcycle empty.

Maintenance Responsibility

The customer is responsible for checking engine oil levels at each refueling and reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at pick-up. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.

Driver Requirements

All drivers must be 21 years or older, and must posses a valid drivers license that qualifies him/her to operate a motorcycle in the country of origin. GERMAN 1A Licenses are accepted at all EagleRider locations. Please note upon reservation.
TRIKE Rentals require a Motorcycle License out of Florida – but only a car license out of Las Vegas, NV and California.

Road Restrictions

Violation of listed restrictions voids all VIP Theft & Damage Waivers and client will be held liable for damages.

• Road Restriction: Rental motorcycles are not allowed on gravel roads, beaches, "logging" or other non-public roads.
• Mexico Restriction: Clients cannot enter Mexico.
• Death Valley WARNING: Entering Death Valley during the months of June - August, is considered a high risk due to extreme weather conditions. Clients travel during the listed months, travel at their own risk.

Security Deposits

A security deposit of USD 1,000 - USD 500 - USD 300 will be taken at pick-up (Authorization Only). The amount depends upon which VIP Insurance is purchased. Security deposit must be processed via a credit card or traveler checks. EagleRider Motorcycle Rental is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
