Reservations

Reservations can be made up to a week prior to departure. All Coral Princess Cruises, however, are very popular and reservations should be made well in advance. Please fill in the Blue Travel Reservation Request forms including the first eight (8) digits of your credit card number for the:

• Great Barrier Reef (Standard Form | Secure Form) or
• all other Coral Princess Cruises
  (Standard Form | Secure Form)

Blue Travel prefers reservations via the Internet. But you may also print out the reservation form and fax it to one of our worldwide offices:

Our Reservations staff will respond promptly to your inquiries and provide booking confirmations within 72 hours. The answer includes your reservation file number and the total amount due.

The reservation becomes final as soon as we receive the missing digits of your credit card number. If you fail to submit full credit card details within 72 hours after we sent your confirmation, we may cancel your reservation at any time.

Payment

Coral Princess Cruises accept the following credit cards: MasterCard and VISA (Credit card payments will incur a 2.5% charge). A down payment of 20% of the relevant rate is required at the time of reservation for cruises up to 7 nights (e.g. Great Barrier Reef Cruises / Auckland & Bay of Islands) and 10% for all other Coral Princess Cruises.

The remainder has to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure for Great Barrier Reef Cruises and at least 60 days prior to departure for all other Coral Princess Cruises. If there are less than 30 / 60 days between your reservation and the departure date, the total amount (cruise fare and other prepaid items) is due at the time of reservation.

Any credit card payment which cannot be authorized for any reason may result in a cancellation of the booking.

We recommend payment via wire transfer or check to avoid the 2.5% credit card fee. Full details on application.

Change of Existing Reservations

If you need to change an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.

Any change requiring an amended confirmation is subject to a AUD 100 service fee for Great Barrier Reef Cruises and AUD 250 for all other Coral Princess Cruises.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.

You may also cancel your reservation by sending a fax to one of our worldwide offices:

Any cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing (fax, letter, e-mail) through Blue Travel. This reconfirmation will include the date and time we have received the cancellation and the fees involved. Your credit card will be used to both debit or credit the final amounts.

Cancellation fees for Coral Princess Great Barrier Reef Cruises and Between Auckland and Bay of Islands:

• Until Blue Travel has received your final acceptance on the booking (no more than 7 days from initial booking): No charge.
• Until 33 days prior to departure: AUD 50.
• 32 to 17 days prior: 20% of relevant rate.
• 16 to 10 days prior: 50% of relevant rate.
• Less than 10 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% (total amount) of relevant fare.

Cancellation fees for all other Coral Princess Cruises:

• Until Blue Travel has received your final acceptance on the booking (no more than 7 days from initial booking): No charge.
• Until 63 days prior to departure: your deposit of 10% of the fare.
• 62 to 33 days prior to departure: 50% of the fare.
• Less than 32 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% (total amount) of the fare.
• Once a cruise has departed there will be no refunds for any unused portion of the trip.
